If your appliance is under warranty, you must contact the warranty company first before scheduling service with us. If your appliance falls under the 1 year manufacturer warranty, you must contact the manufacturer.

This was our first experience with Platinum Factory Service and it was an excellent one! Tom S. was our technician and he arrived almost exactly at the time he was scheduled to. Tom was respectful to our home by wearing outer soles on his work boots and fixed our Maytag refrigerator in a short amount of time. We're definitely happy that Maytag has selected this company to perform warranty service on its appliances.

We are an Ohio based company that began in 1997 as a partnership between Bob Pyle and Matt Montgomery. Our call center is located in Bellaire, Ohio.
Over the past 15 years we have grown to employ multiple employees in 5 different states. Our technicians constantly stay up-to-date on new models of appliances and are trained multiple times a year.
